Hailing from ‘Crocodile Dundee’ territory (Darwin, Australia), Jon Davis is a troubadour in the literal sense of the word... He writes his songs then hits the road to entertain audiences all over Australia and internationally.

2023 has been a huge year for Jon culminating in receiving the prestigious Australian Songwriters' Association Award for Songwriting Excellence - The Rudy Brandsma Award. (along with a beautiful new Maton Guitar...!

As a recording artist, Jon is mixing with some ‘mighty-fine’ company as well. After a chance meeting with The Kenny Rogers Band during Kenny’s final Australian tour, JD was invited to Nashville to record his songs, with the same hit-makers that backed Kenny Rogers … and JD is still recording with them.

Jon’s latest release however (I Don’t Really Mind) is a song that he wrote, recorded, produced and released totally on his own … and to JD's credit, 'I Don't Really Mind' made it to #1 position on the Australian Country Thunder Top 30..!

Now back in Australia, Jon is touring out of Geelong, VIC., and is looking to fill his calendar as quickly as possible. He is available for festivals, events, pubs, clubs and functions.

For his media affiliates, Jon will happily record personalised generic announcer and station IDs as well as introductions to his tunes. Of course, JD is always available for interviews either online or in the studio … and if we’re in the studio then chances are he will have his guitar nearby… just in case!
